Hydrogen and Helium Exploration in Newfoundland

Benton Resources agreed to a geochemical soil gas survey conducted by Rudiger Re-Chem in 2 areas of Western Newfoundland. The objective was to explore for natural Hydrogen and Helium on the Smoking Gun and Parsons Pond properties. Significant anomalous concentrations of Hydrogen and Helium were discovered in both areas. Certain areas of interest were identified for further development. The areas consist of Hydrogen concentrations of significance ranging from 100ppm to 900ppm. Helium is also documented in concentrations of up to 7.7ppm, significantly above the 5.24ppm ambient air background.
